Secure Shopping

Shopping on Soigeneris is safe. When you place orders on Soigeneris, all of your order information, including your card number and delivery address, is passed through our server. Our secure server uses Secure Sockets Layer (SSL), which encrypts your order information and transmits it to us. SSL technology, the industry-leading standard, is designed to prevent someone other than Soigeneris from viewing and downloading your information.


We don't like spam anymore than you do. Soigeneris will not trade, rent or sell your personal information. We may provide aggregate statistics to reputable parties about the visitors to our site, but these statistics will not include any personal or private information that identifies you.

Credit Card Orders and PayPal

Soigeneris accepts Visa, MasterCard, and American Express and PayPal as payment. If the billing address does not match that which is on file at the financial institution or if authorization is not given for any reason, we reserve the right to cancel the order without notification, but we will make all attempts to correct the issue before canceling an order.

Wire Transfers

Soigeneris accepts wire transfers as payment. Orders less than $1,000 will be subject to a $10 fee to cover our wire transfer fees. Please contact us for details for making a wire transfer.

Our Personal Check Policy

While we attempt to bank-approve personal checks for immediate shipment, this may not always be possible and we may hold your order for 10-12 business days until the check clears. To ensure that your order is shipped as quickly as possible, please send a money order, certified check or use your credit card. Business checks are treated as regular personal checks. Customers whose checks are returned to us because of non-sufficient funds will be charged $25.00 for handling in addition to the amount of the check. If it becomes necessary for us to use an attorney or collection agency, you will be responsible for all collection fees.


We backorder out-of-stock merchandise whenever possible unless you specify that you do not want an item backordered. Certain sale merchandise, products with uncertain availability, items priced under $10.00 and discontinued items may not be backordered. We only charge shipping once per order and will not charge you twice for orders containing backorders. (Oversized items may be more) Backorders shipped to international addresses or via "Express" shipping methods will incur special shipping charges with each shipment.

International Orders

Soigeneris ships all over the world. Under no circumstances will we falsify invoices or shipping labels.

Returning Merchandise

Please contact us for instructions on returning merchandise. We will accept merchandise for return that was purchased from Soigeneris within 30 days of receipt. There is no restocking fee for unopened returns. The merchandise must be in new and unused condition and in its original packaging. We do not accept returns via COD or billed to Soigeneris in any way.

Used or electrical items are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Defective Returns

If the item you wish to return is inoperable, but has no apparent damage, it is considered defective. The instructions on how to handle this type of return will vary, since some manufacturers insist on handling defects directly. Defective merchandise may be returned to us as long as it is in new and unused condition. Please contact us for details.

If you can determine that a product is defective before using it, we may be able to accept it back for exchange or refund; however, we suggest that you call us before taking any action.

Damaged Returns

Damaged merchandise includes items that have been damaged in shipping. If a shipment arrives at your door with apparent shipping damage, please refuse the delivery. If you have already accepted delivery and then find shipping damage, please call or e-mail us immediately. Save all packaging material and paperwork; do not throw anything away! If you attempt to return the merchandise yourself, you will jeopardize our chances of making a claim, and you may not receive credit for the return. Also, please take photos of the damaged box(s) before opening.

Limits of Responsibility

You are the only person that can keep you safe. We accept no responsibility for damage and/or loss of materials or tools incurred during operation of a CNC machine. In most cases it is very difficult or impossible to determine whether damage was actually due to some type of equipment failure or to operator error. Also, we cannot be held responsible for any purchased components that are incorporated into CNC systems or problems caused by incompatibility between CNC components and our parts or tools.

Any consequences arising out of the purchase or resale of merchandise purchased from Soigeneris is the responsibility of the seller, not Soigeneris. Also, please note that most items we offer are intended for use in the USA. International radio frequency and electric current requirements are the responsibility of the buyer. Under NO CIRCUMSTANCES will Soigeneris be held responsible or liable for damages incurred directly or indirectly from the operation or construction of any product sold of produced by Soigeneris. It is the operators responsibility to safely operate any equipment or tools. If you feel you cannot do this, return your items unopened.

Price and/or Description Changes

While we do our best, sometimes things happen. All prices, pictures and descriptions on this site and all other Soigeneris publications are subject to change. Soigeneris maintains no responsibility for inadvertent errors. In the event of typographical errors on our site or in our publications, Soigeneris reserves the right to cancel or refuse orders at its sole discretion. Please contact us within 30 days regarding price or promotion discrepancies


We wanted to offer our customers lower priced shipping options and shipping via USPS provides the best value for both domestic and international shipments. It should be noted however that the tracking system provided by USPS does NOT provide as good functionality as UPS and your parcel may not be fully trackable.

For international orders once the parcel leaves the USA it is handed to the destination countries postal system and MAY NOT be traceable by USPS, or even the destination countries postal system.  In general USPS Express Mail is trackable and insurable but it may not be to all countries.  If you want the assurance of accurate tracking and an insured shipment we suggest using UPS.

We are able to ship most orders within 24 hours of receipt, some exceptions to this are custom orders and machine tools. The average lead time for machine tools is 7-10 days and lead times for custom orders will vary. Please contact us if you have any questions about lead times.


All software purchses are final and NOT refundable. All software purchases require a license file to be manually generated. You will receive the license file within 24hours (excluding holidays and weekends generally). A glitch in the ordering system may automatically send you a download link, please ignore this email if you get it, we are working to resolve the problem. A download link for the software is on that products page and in the Documentation section of the website.
