The TRS-80 Model 100, 102 and 200 came equipped with a NiCad memory backup battery. After 30+ years in service they are overdue for a replacement. A bad memory battery can cause these old computers to not boot up properly as well.

We carry a direct replacement NiMh battery. Nickle Metal Hydride is a newer battery technology that does not suffer the same 'charge memory' problem that NiCad cells do. Each computer requires 1 battery.
