TRS-80 Model 100 LCD Zebra Strips (set of 2)

Overview

When trying to repair a TRS-80 Model 100 LCD module, or one of its cousins, one common problem is trying to reuse the original zebra strips. Sometimes they get damaged during removal and sometimes being compressed for 40 years has just done them in.

We were recently able to get replacement zebra strips custom made to fit the M100 type LCDs. These have the same outer dimensions as the original strips with a bit wider conductive strip in the middle. This has helped us save a few LCDs already.

So, if you are going to attempt an LCD module repair a new pair of zebra strips will increase your chance of success.

NOTE: The zebra strips come in a set of two which is enough for one LCD module.
